It is proposed to organize the implementation of the digital platform at the Customer’s site in the following stages:
• Survey of the scope: Define the functional and organizational framework of the work and determine the optimal implementation strategy.
• Cost estimation: The cost includes the license, implementation, and support.
• Installation and configuration: Set up the system, including data migration.
• User training: Provide training for working with the system.
• Pilot operation and support: Conduct a pilot run, offer ongoing assistance and technical support, address any issues, and perform regular updates.
